Busch Series team to skip race
Wednesday, July 13, 2005
Officials with ppc Racing say they willl not enter driver Michel Jourdain Jr. in the team's No. 10 Ford in this weekend's New England 200 Busch Series at New Hampshire International Speedway because of a lack of sponsorship.
The team says it will continue to search for sponsorship in hopes of returning Jourdain to the circuit.
Jourdain, a series rookie, failed to qualify for last Saturday's race at Chicagoland Speedway and fell to 23rd in the driver standings.
