While I completely realize that legendary NASCAR drivers such as Dale Earnhardt, Junior Johnson and Richard Petty should immediately be enshrined in the NASCAR Hall of Fame when it opens in downtown Charlotte in 2010, there are also three drivers that should strongly be considered at some point.
