Rained-out qualifying puts rookie on Truck pole at Milwaukee

WEST ALLIS, Wis. – Friday’s rainout of NASCAR Camping World Truck Series qualifying puts Billy Ballew Motorsports rookie Brian Ickler on the pole for the Copart 200 at the Milwaukee Mile.
Friday night’s lineup was set by the Truck series rule book, giving the first starting spot to the team leading the Truck owners standings.
ThorSport Racing’s Matt Crafton – the series’ leader in the drivers standings – starts second, with Kevin Harvick Inc.’s Ron Hornaday third, Randy Moss Motorsports’ Mike Skinner fourth and Germain Racing’s Todd Bodine fifth.
Starting sixth through 10th are Timothy Peters (Red Horse Racing), David Starr (HT Motorsports), Terry Cook (HT Motorsports), Tayler Malsam (Randy Moss Motorsports) and Rick Crawford (Circle Bar Racing).
The Truck series is holding its first practice until 4 p.m. EDT, with final practice slated for 5:40 to 6:20 p.m.
The 200-lap race is scheduled to begin shortly after 9 p.m. tonight.

Jun 19, 2009 at 4:07 PMI'm sure the track was flooded in parts because the roads around the track were under water, so im not surprised that qualifying was rained out, wouldnt be surprised if the race is rained out also, expecting strong storms again.
