Friday Truck practice under way at Chicagoland Speedway
JOLIET, Ill. - NASCAR Camping World Truck Series practice is under way after being delayed Friday morning as track-drying efforts continued at Chicagoland Speedway.
The trucks got on the track about 12:40 p.m. EDT for the final practice session, which was to run 45 minutes.
The teams waited out rain delays Thursday as well, finally getting on the track in 30-minute segments Thursday night.
Qualifying for the EnjoyIllinois.com 225 is slated to begin at 4:10 p.m. EDT today, with the race scheduled for 9 p.m.
