Circle Bar Racing's James Buescher makes pit stop at Texas Children's Hospital

NASCAR Camping World Truck Series driver James Buescher used the series' recent off weekend to visit Texas Children’s Hospital, where he met with sick children and their families.

The 19-year-old Circle Bar Racing driver signed autographs and took pictures with the young patients, who are faced with the possibility of being in the hospital for weeks and months at a time.

Buescher, a native of Plano, Texas, has visited the Houston hospital several times in his young career.

"I always enjoy going back there and seeing the kids,” Buescher said. “In my life, I have been blessed with a healthy body, and to see these kids who aren’t as lucky is really sad. I can’t imagine being their age and having to go through all of the surgeries and treatments.

"These kids are unbelievably strong, and all of them have great families who stand by them no matter what."

Atta boy James, hopefully you helped these kids forget about their pain if only for a while. Thankyou.

James is a a good driver with a great mentor--Rick Crawford...Buescher's hospital visit had to have thrilled the kids and made him feel very thankful, too.
