WEST ALLIS, Wis. – Billy Ballew Motorsports driver Aric Almirola led the final NASCAR Camping World Truck Series practice Friday at the Milwaukee Mile in preparation for Friday’s Copart 200.

Almirola, driving the team’s No. 15 Toyota, ran a fast lap of 119.154 mph to edge HT Motorsports’ Davis Starr by .006 seconds. Starr’s lap in the No. 24 Toyota was 119.130.

The No. 16 Xpress Motorsports Toyota shared by Brian Scott and Ted Musgrave was third at 118.910. Dennis Setzer (MRD Motorsports) was fourth, with T.J. Bell (Red Horse Racing) fifth.

Sixth through 10th were Mike Skinner (Randy Moss Motorsports), Colin Braun (Roush Fenway Racing), Rick Crawford (Circle Bar Racing), Todd Bodine (Germain Racing) and Terry Cook (HT).

The 200-lap race is slated to begin shortly after 9 p.m. EDT, but the area is under a severe thunderstorm and flash flood watch until 11 p.m. Weather.com said the chance of rain was 60 percent.
