TV ratings down for Phoenix Cup race

Final Nielsen Media Research ratings for last Saturday night's Subway Fresh 500 NASCAR Nextel Cup race at Phoenix International Raceway were down 5.9 percent from last year's race, Street & Smith's SportsBusiness Daily reports.
This year's race earned a 4.8 rating and a 9 market share, down from 5.1/10 last year, but it was still the weekend's highest rated sports event.
