Stanley Tools officials announced Thursday the company would sponsor Gillett Evernham Motorsports driver Elliott Sadler in 12 NASCAR Sprint Cup races this season.
Stanley had been a co-sponsor of Valvoline Evernham's No. 10 Dodge the past two seasons.
Stanley will sponsor Sadler's No. 19 Dodge at Las Vegas on March 2, Phoenix on April 12, Richmond on May 3, Pocono on June 8, Infineon on June 22, Indianapolis in July 27, Michigan on Aug. 17, New Hampshire on Sept. 14, Charlotte on Oct. 11, Texas on Nov. 2, both Bristol races and the all-star race in Charlotte.
Best Buy announced last November it would back Sadler in 15 races in 2008.
Stanley will continue to serve as an associate sponsor of Kasey Kahne's No. 9 Dodge and Patrick Carpentier's No. 10 Dodge.
Also, Stanley will sponsor Carpentier in the Aug. 2 Nationwide Series race in Montreal, when he drives Gillett Evernham's No. 9 entry.
