Robbie Loomis said Friday at Richmond International Raceway that he will not return as crew chief for Jeff Gordon in 2006, ThatsRacin.com reports.
Loomis, who is uncertain as to what he will do next year, said, "I know that I am getting ready for a change, for something different. We have been preparing for that for a year and it could be within Hendrick Motorsports and it might be something completely different."
