Kevin Lepage will drive the No. 49 Bam Racing Dodge with sponsorship from Freightliner for Saturday's Dodge Charger 500 at Darlington Raceway, according to a team spokesman.

Lepage will be the fourth driver this season for the team, which has struggled this year with Brent Sherman behind the wheel for most races. Lepage will also drive for BAM in the Nextel Open and the Coca-Cola 600 in Charlotte later this month.

Lepage's move has also created a change in the driver lineup at Front Row Motorsports, which recently merged with the Peak Performance Racing team that Lepage drove for in the first 10 races of the year. Lepage made eight races and is 39th in driver points.

Replacing Lepage in the Front Row No. 61 car will be Chad Chaffin, who was driving the Front Row team's No. 34 car, according to a team spokesman.

Replacing Chaffin in the No. 34 is Chad Blount, who has seen time in the team's No. 92 car running a partial schedule.

Blount's crew chief remains Mike Steurer, who will move from the No. 92 car to the No. 34 car to replace Teddy Brown, who is no longer with the team. Craig Osborne has taken over as crew chief of the No. 61, replacing Greg Conner, who has moved with Lepage to BAM Racing and will work as a co-crew chief with Ron Otto.

Chaffin will remain in the No. 61 for the next couple of races. Blount is ineligible for the Nextel Open due to a rule requiring drivers to have been in the top 50 in the final 2005 Nextel Cup point standings or in the top 50 in the 2006 Nextel Cup standings as of March 13, and the team is looking at its options for that race.
