Peak Performance Motorsports announced Tuesday that it has signed Kevin Lepage to drive its No. 61 Ford in the NASCAR Nextel Cup series this season.
"We are beginning the season on a high note with this announcement," team owner Jeff Stec said. "Kevin has performed well for the team in the final nine races of 2005 [and] proved that we are capable of producing excellent results for out sponsors both on and off the track."
Crew chief Greg Conner returns with the team as does primary sponsor Peak Fitness.
