Dale Earnhardt Inc. officials say Dale Earnhardt Jr. is testing the team's No. 8 Chevrolet at Greenville-Pickens Speedway in South Carolina today.
The team is testing a new short-track car that will likely be the primary car for this weekend's race at Martinsville Speedway. Earnhardt Jr. finished 11th in yesterday's race on another half-mile oval, Bristol Motor Speedway.
