KANSAS CITY, Kan. - Brad Coleman was admitted to the Kansas University Medical Center after a hard crash during the Yellow Transportation 300 Busch Series race Saturday at Kansas Speedway. He spent the night for observation and was released Sunday morning.
The race was red-flagged on lap 45 following his accident. Coleman eventually walked out of his car and was alert, oriented and stable, according to NASCAR officials.
An 18-year-old rookie driving for Brewco Motorsports, Coleman was competing in his second career Busch Series race.
