WEST ALLIS, Wis. - Two drivers have been added to the entry list for the AT&T 250 NASCAR Busch Series at the Milwaukee Mile, but the field is still two cars short of full for the race Saturday night.
Chris Horn and Jerick Johnson were late entries and are assured a spot in the 41-car field. The maximum number of cars for a Busch Series race is 43, and the last time fewer than 43 started was May 10, 2003 at Gateway International Raceway in Madison, Ill., where 41 cars raced.
Seventy-year-old James Hylton will also be in the race, as he's driving Jay Robinson Racing's No. 28 Ford. Hylton last competed in one of NASCAR's national series in 1993, driving a Cup race at Darlington. Kim Crosby will make her 2006 debut in the Busch Series, driving the No. 34 Frank Cicci Racing with Jim Kelly Chevrolet.
Johnny Sauter led the opening practice with a speed of 119.908 mph.
