HOMESTEAD, Fla. - Bill Davis Racing's Johnny Benson led Friday's final Craftsman Truck Series practice at Homestead-Miami Speedway.
Benson, who posted a fastest lap of 171.358 mph, was followed by two teammates. Points leader Mike Skinner followed with a lap of 170.654 mph, and Jacques Villeneuve was third fastest with a lap of 170.390 mph. Wyler Racing's Jack Sprague was fourth fastest, and a fourth BDR driver, Dave Blaney, recorded the fifth fastest lap.
Rounding out the top 10 were Wood Brothers/JTG Racing's Jon Wood, HT Motorsports' Terry Cook, Kevin Harvick Inc.'s Kevin Harvick, Billy Ballew Motorsports' Kyle Busch and MRD Motorsports' Chad McCumbee.
Qualifying is scheduled to begin at 5 p.m., and the Ford 200 is scheduled for 8 tonight.
