Tony Stewart partnering with Office Depot Foundation 'Back To School Celebration' in Chicago

Stewart-Haas Racing's Tony Stewart has more than just racing on his agenda as he heads to Chicagoland Speedway for this weekend's LifeLock.com 400 NASCAR Sprint Cup Series race.
Stewart is partnering with Office Depot and the Office Depot Foundation for a special “Back To School Celebration” to donate backpacks containing essential school supplies to Chicagoland area children in need on July 8.
During the event, Stewart will assist the foundation, which is donating 3,700 backpacks to representatives from local organizations as part of the foundation’s National Backpack Program. This year the foundation will donate its 2 millionth backpack since beginning the program in 2001. The foundation donates backpacks across the United States and Canada in an effort to help kids succeed in school.
After the presentation, which is not open to the general public, Stewart will conduct an autograph session from 4:45 to 5:45 p.m. local time at the Office Depot at 2928 North Ashland Ave. Wristbands are required for the autograph session and will be distributed on a first-come, first-served basis at the Chicago Office Depot store beginning at 7 a.m. local time on July 8.
