DAYTONA BEACH, Fla. – Robby Gordon and Camping World have settled their lawsuit, according to court documents.
Gordon had sued Camping World over a four-race, $800,000 sponsorship deal the team believed the company had agreed to, while the company argued that no agreement had been executed.
The two sides settled June 20 – two days before the Camping World logos appeared on Gordon’s car for the Cup race at Infineon Raceway. Camping World also was on Gordon’s car last week at New Hampshire.
The terms of the settlement were not disclosed. The case was dismissed Wednesday from U.S. District Court in California.
