Red Bull Racing's Scott Speed married Amanda Mathis Saturday in Winston-Salem, N.C.
The NASCAR Sprint Cup driver got engaged in November 2008. The couple wrote their own vows for the wedding ceremony.
“Scott was really excited to have all his friends and family there from all over the world,” Amanda Speed said. “We had a ton of fun. I don’t think he was ever nervous, though. He got a little choked up during the vows and the first dance.”
That first dance was to Jordin Sparks’ “No Air.”
