FORT WORTH, Texas - Michael McGee, an agricultural teacher and horse-training business owner from Oklahoma, was named the 2009 Dickies American Worker of the Year on Saturday at Texas Motor Speedway.

McGee was also awarded $50,000 and a trip for two to the Dickies 500 this weekend.

The package includes a tour of the track’s garage, a view of the race from the Dickies suite and the chance to turn his $50,000 prize into $1 million.

If Penske Racing driver Kurt Busch wins Sunday's race, McGee will win $1 million.

I hope he wins the million but I think he picked the wrong driver. Kurt has not won a race in a long time and with Jeff Gordon on the pole and Jimmie Johnson leading the practice, I don't think Kurt has a chance. I, for one, am yelling for Kasey to win!!!!!!!!!

During the post race interviews they talked to him and he said that they used girls to represent the drivers, so he picked the seventh girl (lucky 7) and she just happened to be the 2. No method to his madness and it paid off!
