NASCAR to wave competition yellow after 30 laps of Best Buy 400

DOVER, Del. - NASCAR will throw a competition caution after 30 laps of the Best Buy 400 today at Dover International Speedway.
Teams cannot refuel prior to the competition caution. The caution will allow teams to check tire wear because there is not as much rubber on the track after Saturday's rain.
A typical fuel run at Dover would be between 70 and 80 laps on the 1-mile concrete oval.
