NASCAR has allotted approximately 300 tickets for fans to the 2010 NASCAR Sprint Cup Series Awards Ceremony, scheduled for Dec. 3 at the Wynn Las Vegas.

NASCAR sponsors, tracks and individual teams will distribute the tickets through a variety of fan promotions. The tickets will get fans into the annual awards ceremony as well as the NASCAR NMPA Myers Brothers Awards Luncheon, which recognizes the championship crew chief, top rookie and the most popular driver.

Championship week events slated for Wednesday and Thursday are open to the public.

The Wednesday event will be at Las Vegas Motor Speedway and is free. Gates open at 10 a.m. with interactive displays throughout the track’s “Neon Garage,” live music on the main stage from 11 a.m.-1 p.m. PST and all 12 Chase drivers will participate in a Family Feud-style game show hosted by Kevin Burke between 2-3:30 p.m.

The Richard Petty Driving Experience will sell rides with a percentage of the proceeds being donated to charity.

The “Victory Lap” down Las Vegas Boulevard (The Strip) will take place Thursday at 3:30 p.m. PST. A driver question-and-answer session for fans will follow at the Hard Rock Hotel & Casino.
