Joe Nemechek has secured sponsorship for both his Sprint Cup and Nationwide entries at this weekend's NASCAR races at Chicagoland Speedway.

NYC Bagel Deli, a Chicago-based deli/restaurant, will be the primary sponsor on the Nemco Motorsports No. 87 Chevrolet in Friday night's Nationwide Series race and his No. 87 Toyota for the Sprint Cup activities. Nemechek drives both.

"We're both proud and excited about obtaining a local sponsor - NYC Bagel Deli - for the races at Chicagoland," Nemechek said. "We all know the food is great at NYC Bagel Deli and we're going to do everything we can to give (owner) Corey Kaplan a special weekend both on and off the track."

Financial terms of the contract were not disclosed.

Glad to hear that a local driver got a sponsor. Now we'll be able to see what he can do when he runs the whole race. Here's to hoping that both Reutimann and Nemechek have great runs this weekend.

You disappointed me Joe, only running 30 laps. Even with a sponsor you can't finish more than 10% of the race. Depressing.

I guess it really is more expensive than we know to run.
