Fan Loyalty for NASCAR Gives Chicago Fan a Chance to Be Fan Columnist for SceneDaily.com

Fan gets chance to cover the NASCAR Sprint Cup Series and voice his opinion about NASCAR race results, NASCAR drivers and news stories and earns a trip to the 2008 Ford 400 Championship.
