Oct 4, 2008 at 7:37 AMThis is totally off topic but very important. The new bailout bill from congress which went from 700 billion to 850 billion has in it 100 million dollars for Nascar. Can someone please tell me why Nascar needs to be bailed out? This site or Nascar.com doesn't mentions it.
