Without a doubt, no better reason exists for watching Sunday's race than the fact that this will be the last opportunity to check out a Sprint Cup event in nearly three months.

Next year's Daytona 500 is scheduled for Feb. 14 - an eternity from now on NASCAR time.

When the action cranks up on the 2010 season, Jamie McMurray will no longer be the driver of a No. 26 Roush Fenway Racing Ford, Reed Sorenson won't be in a No. 43 Richard Petty Motorsports Dodge, and Martin Truex Jr. won't be behind the wheel of a No. 1 Earnhardt Ganassi Racing Chevrolet.

And those are just a few of the changes set to take effect once the curtain closes on the 2009 campaign.

So sit back, grab a cold drink and enjoy one more race. The next time cars will be on the track is nearly three months away, and by then, much will be different.
