'Dale Jr. - Shifting Gears' returns to ESPN this month

ESPN officials said Wednesday that Dale Earnhardt Jr.'s sports documentary “Dale Jr. – Shifting Gears” will return to the cable network later this month.
The final two episodes of the show are slated to air July 22 and 25, respectively, beginning at 7 p.m. EDT for both shows. The one-hour episodes are the fourth and fifth episodes of a five-part series.
The July 22 show features the controversial finish of the Crown Royal 400 at Richmond International Raceway, where Earnhardt Jr. was bumped aside by Kyle Busch, allowing Clint Bowyer to get the win. The July 25 show highlights Earnhardt Jr.'s victory at Michigan International Speedway.
“A lot has happened in the last three months, so we are picking up where we left off with these final two episodes,” Earnhardt Jr. said. “It’s hard to put into words everything that has gone on this season, so hopefully the viewers can see for themselves. It’s been amazing to live it."

Jul 23, 2008 at 9:01 AMi loved last nights show, especially when he said he really wanted to go down there and kill him; dale jrs way more mature than kyle is, kyle wouldve bashed the person who wrecked him and cried about it for weeks. dale jr asking his team to act mature and not get out of hand shows how a real man acts and what a gentleman he is.
