US Fidelis owes Rusty Wallace Racing $535,439

US Fidelis owes Rusty Wallace Racing $535,439 in sponsorship fees from last year, according to a Chapter 11 bankruptcy filing Monday by the seller of extended auto warranties.
The NASCAR Nationwide Series team is one of many creditors listed in the filing by US Fidelis in U.S. Bankruptcy Court in Missouri.
US Fidelis sponsored the car of Steve Wallace, and former NASCAR Cup champion Rusty Wallace appeared in the company’s commercials.
