David Green’s SK Motorsports NASCAR Nationwide Series team will be sponsored by St. Clair Foods in next weekend’s Scotts Turfbuilder 300 at Bristol Motor Speedway.
Officials from St. Clair Foods also said the company has signed a “multirace sponsorship” with more races to be announced later.
Pete Szekeres and Jared Keeney formed SK Motorsports in the offseason, buying the old Fitz Motorsports team. The No. 07 Toyota went without a sponsor for the first three races of the season, and Green is 27th in the Nationwide standings.
“We’re thrilled to work with someone of the caliber of David Green,” St. Clair Foods Vice President of Operations Brian Edmonds said in a news release. “David has years of experience on the track and is a great driver, and he’s also respected by fellow drivers and the fans. We say ‘Quality is our main ingredient’ at St. Clair and that’s what David brings to us in our new venture with NASCAR: Quality.”

Mar 14, 2009 at 2:41 PMWell, I am going to post on here every day until this scene/daily "news" site reports the news. Soooo, St.Clair Foods makes what again? What is the purpose of exposure and sponsorship if we don't even know what they make? C'mon guys.

Mar 14, 2009 at 2:48 PMExactly what I was thinking Mas. It's worth knowing what products they make and/or market. Is this site owned by NASCAR? With the "quality" of the content it looks alot like the "quality" of racing we've seen lately.
Report as AbuseThis is great news for David and that team. That's a good looking car in the picture too. If not for Jeff Burton creating that wreck in Vegas, this team could very well be in the top 10-15 in points.
