Series points leader Brad Keselowski paces Nationwide practice on Indy short track

INDIANAPOLIS – Nationwide Series points leader Brad Keselowski led both practices Saturday at O’Reilly Raceway Park.

The Penske Racing driver turned a speed of 109.173 mph in the final practice on the 0.686-mile oval in preparation for the Kroger 200 tonight.

Roush Fenway Racing’s Paul Menard (108.520) was second in the final practice, followed by Kevin Harvick Inc.’s Ron Hornaday (who won the Truck Series race Friday night at ORP), Braun Racing’s Jason Leffler and Joe Gibbs Racing’s Matt DiBenedetto.

Roush Fenway’s Colin Braun and Ricky Stenhouse Jr., Diamond-Waltrip Racing’s Trevor Bayne, Penske’s Justin Allgaier and Braun’s Brian Scott rounded out the top 10.

Qualifying is scheduled for 5:10 p.m. EDT and the race at 8 p.m. EDT.
