Roush Fenway Racing officials announced Tuesday the team will swap crew chiefs for its No. 17 and No. 60 Nationwide Series entries, effective immediately.
Drew Blickensderfer moves from the part-time No. 17 Ford shared by Matt Kenseth and Jamie McMurray to the No. 60 Ford of defending series champion Carl Edwards.
Pierre Kuettel, who guided Edwards to the series title last year, will move to the No. 17 Ford.
The moves comes after a disappointing 20th-place finish for Edwards at Kentucky Speedway last weekend that extended Edwards’ winless streak to 36 races.
Kuettel had been Edwards’ crew chief since the start of the 2006 season.
- Mentioned Drivers:
- Carl Edwards
