RICHMOND, Va. – Roush Fenway Racing driver David Ragan said he will return to the NASCAR Nationwide Series next year, though it is unlikely he will run full time.

Ragan is one of four drivers scheduled to compete in all Sprint Cup and Nationwide races this year.

“We’re pretty close,” Ragan said on his schedule for 2009. “We’re continuing to run the Nationwide car because it’s fun trying to get some good finishes. I’m still learning a lot as a driver. [Sponsor] Discount Tire has been a big supporter of me from the get-go in my Nationwide debut.

“We’re focused on getting everything settled up for next year. Definitely, 25, 30-plus races. Whether we do those two or three long trips, that’s to be determined.”

Of the other four drivers, Clint Bowyer likely won’t do all Nationwide races next year, while David Reutimann definitely will not and Carl Edwards’ schedule has yet to be determined.
