RICHMOND, Va. – A tentative lineup of drivers has been announced for the two-day NASCAR Nationwide Series new car test scheduled to begin Monday at Richmond International Raceway.
Chevrolet tentatively will have Scott Wimmer (Richard Childress Racing) and Morgan Shepherd (Davis Motorsports). Ford will have teammates Carl Edwards and David Ragan (Roush Fenway Racing) on Monday, with truck series teammates Erik Darnell and Colin Braun (Roush Fenway) on Tuesday. Dodge will have Bryan Clauson (Chip Ganassi Racing), and Toyota will have a couple of Michael Waltrip Racing cars with David Reutimann, Josh Wise and Kyle Busch sharing the driving duties.
This is the first on-track test that will include all manufacturers for the new Nationwide car, which is scheduled to debut in 2010. It will be similar to the new Sprint Cup car but will have a spoiler instead of a rear wing and other slight modifications.

Sep 6, 2008 at 7:07 AMHere we go again with the press.Of all drivers mentioned, you had to point out CE and KB.There is no rivalry with the two. But you keep going and going. Your worse than a woman at gossip and trying to keep the pot boiling for nascar. If you can't find anything else to write about, maybe you should follow some of the other drivers.
