DOVER, Del. - Joe Gibbs Racing's Denny Hamlin paced Friday's final Nationwide Series practice at Dover International Raceway, posting a lap of 151.688 mph.
Next highest on the speed chart was newcomer Joey Logano, who will make his Nationwide debut Saturday in JGR's No. 20 Toyota.
The 18-year-old Logano ran a lap of 151.400 mph followed by Braun Racing's Kyle Busch at 151.273.
Rusty Wallace Racing's David Stremme and Gillett Evernham Motorsports' Kasey Kahne completed the top five fastest speeds.
Braun Racing's Jason Leffler, Roush Fenway Racing's Greg Biffle, JR Motorsports' Brad Keselowski, Phoenix Racing's Mike Bliss and Chip Ganassi Racing's Dario Franchiti rounded out the top 10.
MacDonald Motorsports' Bryan Clauson spun during the session but was not forced to a backup car for the race.
Qualifying is scheduled for Saturday at 10:35 a.m. EDT, with the Heluva Good! 200 scheduled to begin at 3 p.m.
