CitiFinancial to sponsor Roush Fenway Racing’s Ricky Stenhouse Jr. for 18 Nationwide races
CitiFinancial will be the primary sponsor of Roush Fenway Racing driver Ricky Stenhouse Jr. for 18 Nationwide Series races in 2010.
Stenhouse, a rookie, will drive the No. 6 car as CitiFinancial extends its relationship with Roush Fenway into a third year.
“Our partnership with Roush Fenway the past two years has produced positive results on and off the track, and we look to continue building our brand by being associated with one of the most exciting and popular sports in the world,” said Mary McDowell, president and CEO of CitiFinancial North America. “Both our customers and employees are huge fans of NASCAR, and we hope they will enjoy watching Ricky and the No. 6 CitiFinancial team compete for wins and a rookie-of-the-year title.”
Stenhouse has seven career starts in the series with a best finish of fifth at Milwaukee last year.
Financial terms of the sponsorship were not disclosed.
