Braun Racing names primary sponsor for driver Kelly Bires at Iowa
Braun Racing says that the Fraternal Order of Eagles Diabetes Research Center will serve as the primary sponsor on its No. 10 NASCAR Nationwide Series entry driven by Kelly Bires this weekend at Iowa Speedway.
The Fraternal Order of Eagles (FOE) has been a marketing partner of Braun’s since 2005, and their logo has since appeared on all of the organization’s entries to draw awareness to the organization’s charitable efforts. This year, the FOE hopes to draw attention to their partnership with The University of Iowa to raise $25 million for the center.
“The Eagles nationwide have dedicated a lot of time and resources into this project,” said Bires, who has made three of his 10 series starts this season in the No. 10 entry. “It is one that is going to help thousands of people who suffer from diabetes and I am honored to be a small part of that.”
Financial terms of the sponsorship were not disclosed.
