Three drivers hope to make their NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series debut this weekend at Mansfield Motorsports Park in Ohio.
Roush Fenway Racing’s John Wes Townley, DGM Racing’s Scotty Crockett and Derrike Cope Inc.’s Angela Cope are among the 37 drivers competing for the 36 spots in the field.
There are no Sprint Cup regulars entered in the event, meaning Kyle Busch, who currently is seventh in points, will fall to at least 13th
following the Ohio 250 on Saturday afternoon.
Keven Wood is slated to make his first start of the year in the Wood Brothers car, as is Sean Murphy in a SS-Green Light Racing car, and Benny Gordon in the North/South Motorsports entry.
