SPARTA, Ky. - Kevin Harvick Inc.'s Jack Sprague paced the final NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series practice Friday night at Kentucky Speedway.
Sprague's lap of 174.059 mph topped the field in preparation for Saturday night's Built Ford Tough 225. MRD Motorsports' Chad McCumbee was second fastest with a lap of 172.106 mph. ThorSport Racing's Shelby Howard, Billy Ballew Motorsports' Kyle Busch and ThorSport Racing's Matt Crafton rounded out the top five.
Series points leader Ron Hornaday was ninth fastest in his KHI Chevrolet. Qualifying for the race is slated for 3:30 p.m. EDT on Saturday, with the race slated to begin at 7 p.m.
