Please call 1-800-883-7323. Replacement copies will be sent if you have not received your Scene issue by Tuesday of the week following the publish date. Replacement copies for Illustrated will be sent if you have not received your issue by the 15th of the Month of the issue. Damaged issues - we will ask for damaged issue to be returned if at all possible, and we will add an issue to your subscription. We will send out your replacement copy for the damaged issue.

Please call 1-800-883-7323. It is very important that you notify us of your move, change of address, etc. as quickly as possible! We are not always notified by USPS and if they notice more than one time they have missed you should call or email at once.

Typically caused by payment not processing before a sort for a given issue; our sort timing is one week prior to date on Scene and one month + prior to month date on Illustrated.

Please call 1-800-883-7323 and we will begin an epub watch; file with our USPS liaison and have our printer check for known problem areas. We will send replacement copies up to 4 times per year for Scene and 2 per year for Illustrated.

The amount charged on Canadian (and foreign) orders are based on hard costs to us as a publisher. We average between 500 - 700+ subscribers in Canada so we do not receive any sort of discounts on our shipping/delivery. While you may pay less with other magazines that is typically based on a large volume of Canadian subscribers and volume discounts or in some cases the subscriber base is large enough in Canada that they actually produce/print those issues in Canada and do not incur the extra shipping. We are only passing along our actual costs for this service.
