7 reasons to watch the Amp Energy 500 at Talladega Superspeedway: No. 4 - Surprise winner

Obviously there’s no guarantee that the winner will be a surprise, but there’s a better chance at Talladega than at most tracks.
Of course, start with Brad Keselowski in April. He’s not even running a full season and was driving for car owner James Finch.
Among other surprises at Talladega the last 10 years: Brian Vickers (it was his first win), Dale Jarrett (in what would be his last Cup win, his 2005 victory was his first in more than two years) and the late Bobby Hamilton (his 2001 win was the first for Andy Petree as a car owner).
With the draft and the restrictor plates, you just never know who will win. And that makes it worth watching.
